New customers
We are currently making changes to our choose & move system to make sure it is fair, up-to-date and is meeting customer needs. If you are a new applicant you may register with us and your details will be held until our new system is in place in the Autumn. If you are homeless or have an urgent need to move please contact us for advice. Please be aware that there have been changes to the eligibility criteria. You may no longer apply for a whg home if:
· you are a lodger with the sole use of a bedroom
· you are the tenant of another landlord living in a
property that is suitable for your family size
· you live outside of the Walsall borough
If you wish to register please complete the new household registration form. We will contact you in the Autumn to let you know the outcome of your application.
If you are already registered with us
you can still bid (apply) for properties by clicking on 'search properties' from the menu on this page. If you have saved 'how to register or log in' to your favourites please delete this as the page has been removed ahead of our planned system changes.
By the end of May 2012 you would have received a letter asking you to re-register ready for the system change this Autumn. This would have contained your reference number and instructions advising you what to do.
