what can I bid for?

You are limited to 3 bids per week so we don't want you to waste them.

In some cases customers try to bid for properties that we will not consider them for. We decide which family size is most suited to each property. For example we would not let an OAP bungalow to a 22 year old with a child or a 3 bedroom house to a single person. Please see the full details below.

You should find the following examples useful when deciding what to bid for

  • Gold and silver band applications ONLY means that BRONZE bids will be ignored
  • Silver only means we will not take into account any other bid
  • Available to all bands –PREFERENCE TO GOLD means that anyone can apply but we will consider GOLD first
  • Eligibility 50+ means we will not consider any bid from anyone younger even if your band matches the advert
  • Eligibility one child. If you have more than one child please do not bid for the property
  • Eligibility 3 children If you have less than 3 children please do not bid for the property

which property would I be eligible for?
