This page belongs to you...the customer!

If you have any suggestions as to how we can improve choose & move or this website we want to hear from you. If we take your idea on board it will be displayed here. Providing you agree, we will publish your name alongside it.

Please e mail your comments & suggestions to chooseandmove.enquiries@whgrp.co.uk

  • You said: " it would be useful if the property details could include information about room sizes." If  we have this information at the time that we do the adverts we will now include floorplans.
  • Gerry from Willenhall asked " Do many people bid for the wrong property?" The short answer is yes! Usually because customers bid for a home where their profile (banding, age and family size) doesn't match the advertised property. These are now automatically screened out but it still happens

  • Lizzie Griffiths suggested that "if our property search criteria allowed the band to be included it would prevent customers from bidding for homes that they weren't eligible for." whg is already working with its IT software provider to do exactly that. It will take the form of matching each bidder's eligibility to the criteria laid out for each available property. Hence if you were silver and logged on, the system would only display those properties that you were eligible for. This avoids the necessity of specifically choosing your band to see eligible properties.
  • Ian from Palfrey suggested that we include opening times on the website. We have included this information on the contact page.
  • Linda Green from Durham suggested that "that we publish a full list of weekly available properties on the website". Can do! Our local newspaper advertisements carried such a page until recently. We stopped doing that as we found that most customers accessed information either on-line or at our local customer service points. We still produce one for internal circulation and are only too pleased to accept this suggestion. You can now view the complete list at the 'quick view' page.
  • You said: "Can we have maps in the offices so we can see where the properties are?" There are now local maps in our housing offices, making it easier for our customers to see where our homes are.
