recent lettings

If you open any of the Download these supporting documents below you will see the results of recent housing bids. The date for each period shown below is the closing date for properties advertised during the previous 6 days.

What does this tell me?

  • Each list includes the properties advertised with that closing date
  • the description of the property, for example 3 bed house
  • the banding and preference ,for example,it might say All can apply but with a Silver preference means that we will look at the Silver applicants first.
  • number of correct bids. The number of applicants that submitted a valid bid for a given property. These are shown in green.
  • Highest bid. The Banding of the successful applicant or the highest placed applicant if the property has not been offered yet
  • Applicants Effective date. The date that the successful applicant registered for housing with whg or the date of a special priority, for example, Medical, Homeless. In cases where we stipulate a minimum age and there is no applicant of the preferred one of 60+,  we will offer the property to the oldest applicant under 60 irrespective of band.

Applicants who completed the recent survey said that they would like more information on the results page so we have recently added other documents for you to open or download - these lists show the top twenty bids for most of the properties advertised. If your details are not shown this does not mean your bid was not recorded so please do not contact us to check where you came on the list as we cannot possibly check each bid -  if you are not in the top twenty you will doubtless be waiting some time before being successful.

For further information about similar properties or how you can bid for a property please refer to the relevant section of this website or contact your local choose & move property shop or other whg service point.
